WealthCheckin is operated by UI UX Ltd (we, us, our). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09513057.

Using our service

To use WealthCheckin, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register for an account with accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Use the service only for personal financial tracking

Your account

When you create an account:

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must choose a strong password and keep it secure
  • You must tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms

Our service

We will:

  • Provide the service with reasonable skill and care
  • Keep your data secure and confidential
  • Try to maintain good service availability
  • Fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will always be available
  • The service will be error-free
  • Financial calculations will be completely accurate

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account details up to date
  • Follow our reasonable instructions about using the service
  • Not use the service for anything illegal
  • Not try to access our systems or other users' data
  • Not introduce viruses or other harmful code

Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in:

  • Our website and service
  • Our brand name and logo
  • Our content and design

You own the financial data you enter into the service.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

We have no liability for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using the service. For all other liability, our maximum total liability to you is limited to £100 or the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

Changes to the service

We may:

  • Change how the service works
  • Add or remove features
  • Stop providing the service

We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll:

  • Post the new terms on our website
  • Email you about significant changes
  • Give you at least 30 days' notice of changes that disadvantage you

If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.

Ending our agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by:

  • Closing your account
  • Stopping use of the service

We may end this agreement if:

  • You seriously breach these terms
  • We stop providing the service
  • We give you reasonable notice

Other important terms

  • These terms are governed by English law
  • Disputes will be decided by the English courts
  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies
  • If we don't enforce any part of these terms, that doesn't mean we won't in future
